We may at times, subject to this policy, also collect and hold sensitive information. This may include health information, racial or ethnic origin, criminal convictions, religious beliefs, political affiliation, and trade union or other professional associations or memberships. 

We will only collect your sensitive information where you consent to that collection or where we are otherwise permitted by law.

We will use your sensitive information for the purpose for which it is collected, which is usually to provide our services to you or to our clients.

  1. Marketing

From time to time, and in support of our future development and growth, we may use your personal information to contact you to promote and market our products and services. 

You can opt-out from being contacted for direct marketing purposes by contacting our Privacy Officer at our details below or by using the unsubscribe facility included in each direct marketing communication we send. Once we receive a request to opt out from receiving marketing information, we will stop sending such information within a reasonable amount of time.

We destroy or de-identify personal information when we no longer need it unless we are otherwise required or authorised by law to retain the information.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information against misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. The protective steps we take include:

6.1 all employees and subcontractors are required to sign a confidentiality agreement.

6.2 document storage security policies;

6.3 security measures for restricted access to our systems; and

6.4 deletion, destruction or de-identification of information where it is no longer required by us.

6.5 secure authentication requirements for all staff, including multi-factor authentication for access

6.6 staff training and policies on cyber security; and

6.7 actively monitoring errors and logs using industry level tooling

If you would like to access your personal information, please contact us using the details below. In certain circumstances, we may not be able to give you access to your personal information, in which case we will write to you to explain why we cannot comply with your request. 

We try to ensure any personal information we hold about you is accurate, up-to-date, complete and relevant. If you believe the personal information we hold about you should be updated, please contact us using the details below and we will take reasonable steps to ensure it is corrected if appropriate.

If you do not consider that your complaint has been adequately dealt with by us, you may make a further complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, which has complaint handling responsibilities under the Privacy Act.

This policy will be reviewed from time to time to take account of new laws and technology, changes to our operations and practices and the changing business environment.

Any changes to this Policy will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Policy on our website. By continuing to interact with us following any changes, you will be deemed to have agreed to such changes.
