Arcare Hove is a new premium aged care residence in Adelaide’s coastal suburb of Hove. The residence includes 141 private suites, thoughtfully crafted to offer comfort, privacy and style.
Hart was engaged to screen a plant zone recessed within the roof pitch. Safe access to the plant zone and roof were also provided as part of this scope.
To screen the recessed plant zone, we designed and installed a surface-mounted louvre screen, fixed to the perimeter blockwork. The screen reduces the visual impact of roof-mounted plant equipment from surrounding viewpoints.
