The Northern Lots

The Northern Lots is a group of new warehouse and office facilities at The Yards precinct in Kemps Creek, NSW. With immediate access to airports and major motorways, The Yards is well placed for industrial businesses that rely on strong transport links.
We were engaged to build plant platforms and screens for HVAC equipment being installed on the roofs of Lots 1, 4 and 19, which make up The Northern Lots. We also needed to give maintenance crews safe access to the equipment, solar panels and gutters across multiple roof levels.
The roof mount platforms spread the weight of HVAC equipment across the roof, and our screens keep it out of sight. Stair access to the main roof provides a safe, easy climb, especially for maintenance teams carrying tools and replacement parts. We also installed roof safety systems for each building, helping teams reach solar panels, gutters and HVAC equipment wherever it sits on the roof. Here’s what we delivered across all three lots:
