Capital Transport Clayton

Capital Transport is the largest, privately owned courier and taxi truck business in Australia. This expanding business had outgrown its original office and began renting extra space to meet increasing scale and demand. To consolidate its Melbourne operations in one location, Capital Transport built a new state-of-the-art facility in Clayton in 2023. With 4 levels and over 3300m2 of floor space, its new headquarters can comfortably accommodate up to 200 staff, further facilitating company growth.
Hart (formerly Correct Safety) was engaged to design and install two roof safety systems for Capital Transport — one on the new building and one on the existing warehouse space. The system on the new building included a slatted screen to hide mechanical units from people on the rooftop garden and ground level.
