West Wollert Community Centre brings together maternal and child health, early childhood education and community recreation under one roof. The centre is designed to bring people together, providing essential services while creating opportunities for connection, learning, and wellbeing.
Hart was engaged to design and construct a comprehensive safe access system including roof safety, plant platforms and slatted acoustic screens. The aim was to improve safety for people working at heights, support roof-mounted equipment loads and reduce noise from rooftop plant.
Our roof safety system provides maintenance crews with safe access to roof-mounted plant, solar panels and gutters. The roof-mounted plant platforms distribute equipment loads across purlins, and acoustic screens help create a quieter, more comfortable environment for building users.
