Woolworths Banchory Grove – Banchory Grove Shopping Centre

Banchory Grove Shopping Centre is a new development featuring a 4,300 square metre Woolworths supermarket, complemented by 21 specialty shops.
The air conditioning units and cooling systems at Banchory Grove Shopping Centre were slated for installation on top of the Woolworths building. Hart (formerly Correct Safety) was engaged to design and construct plant platforms and screens to support and conceal roof-mounted equipment. Notably, this included a 15 x 8.4m platform and an acoustic screen standing from roof level to 2.2 meters above the platform.
Hart’s roof-mounted plant platforms support HVAC equipment above the Woolworths tenancy. The largest platform is enclosed by an acoustic slatted screen, concealing the equipment from public view and reducing noise. The full scope of work delivered includes:
